On website design, this means the shell of the website. The client is responsible for information for pages, adding media (if necessary), and adding pictures. The client is also responsible for lining up hosting and maintaining their site. The way I design the site using WordPress, even the amateur will have no problem making small changes to their site. I will provide the information necessary to get you going on your way!
